the chase after trickled slots

Hi my friends,

change log :

SharkX 1.7B6 - 16/12/09

fix : my mistake @CUploadQueue::ForceNewClient
change : trickles not added without slot focus (taz)
change : RegQueryValueEx failed message shifted to DEBUG version (taz)


As already pointed out by fabius (10'x  :25: ) - slot control (more then 1 slot - i.e. no slot focus) opens way too many slots if one got "worthy" upload bandwidth.

(already tracked  Occhiolino )

So if anyone is testing please use slot focus with and without upload speed sense (USS).
