SharkX v1.7b3 - 25/11/09

updated to ongoing AcKroNiC v5.4 beta, changes :

fix : Download Collision (SiRoB)
fix : Hello-Handshake (SiRoB)
adjust : One-queue-per-file to eMF PowerShare (taz)
update : Powershare from file->IsPowerShared to client->IsPowerShared (taz)
change : friends are immuned to no PowerShare for leecher and to no
SUQWT for leechers (taz)
remove : AJ ban from ban control

Some behind the scene notes :

The download collision fix, as well disabling the TCP retry conection
attemps (options->SharkX I) will make a small impact on upload
bandwidth utilization - however this is not what this beta is about.is
mainly leechers treatment.
With the changes listed at change log, the already coded "no
PowerShare" for leechers - really kicks in (even with one queue per
file). The accumulative  effect of both "no SUQWT for leechers" and
"no PowerShare for leecher" push "heavy" (very bad) leecher down the
upload queue. One can now give "an immunity" from those (not from CA
credit system) to friends - that's up to anyone to decide whether he
wishes to grant such leecher friends almost a regular (non leecher)
treatment. Some of the code changes are for "viewable" understanding
the score calculation (i.e. PS files on upload queue for very bad
leechers shuold be seen as regular UL priority without the PS, as well
as if very bad leechers are making it to upload list - their line
won't be balded since for them it's not PS priority ...

with slotfocus on the my upload is suddenly collapse ! my upload limit is 100Kb/b now runs 15/20 Kb/s ! i have also disabled the TCP retry conection attemps
