Updated (optimized) build, did some major rework of Snarl integration, including detecting a later Snarl shutdown.

beta 3 will have automatic Snarl restart recognition, still need to dig deeper into Snarl's internals.

beba v2.64 is finished. Writing some stuff about it and releasing it in a couple of moments.  :happy:
